Antistatic oil and flame resistant conveyor belts

When the conveyor belt transport oil treated or greases materials in underground and aboveground mining it must be oil resistant, antistatic and flame resistant to prevent the possibility of  fire spreading when it occurs an explosion in the mine galleries.

The carcass of the belts consists of several plies of polyester/poliamide (EP) fabrics separated by fire and oil resistant rubber interlayer and covered with oil, antistatic and fire resistant rubbers covers. Antistatic, oil and flame resistant conveyor belts are designed for application in the temperature range of (-30…+70°C).

The carcass is made of polyamide / polyester (EP) , polyester / polyester(EE) , polyamide / polyamide (PP) fabrics

When ordering this type of belt please mention the type of oil, approximate quantity of oil content, details of temperature range, details of temperature range, details of previously use of belts, to help us to recommend you the best for your requirements.
